Yesterday (Monday 9th) had a garage workout consisting of an AR7 approach weights workout. Press ups, Bicep Curl and Squats, 7×7, 6x6x and 5×5. Then 15 minutes on the punchbag and 15 minutes skipping. Next run out will be tomorrow.
