Really aching today. What would usually be a weights day in the garage I’ve decided to have as a rest day instead. Not sure if doing the weights 3 times a week is too much or just going through the stage of getting used to it for a couple more weeks. Maybe i’ll reduce to 2 times per week. Tomorrow is going to be a long run test day. Last week was 11.1k and felt i could have done more. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.
